Mr. Kronhofman is in his 13th year at Alma Public School and his 3rd year as principal. He has been in education a total of 33 years teaching and coaching at Wilcox, Henderson, and Madison before coming to Alma. Mr. Kronhofman has taught Biology, Physiology, Science and Physical Education. He has been a head coach in football, basketball and track while teaching at these schools. Mr. Kronhofman holds a B.A. from Peru State College, in Peru NE, a M.S.S. in Sports Medicine from the United States Sports Academy in Mobile, AL and an M.A. in Educational Administration from Doane College in Crete, NE. Mr. Kronhofman enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, attending sports activities, and spending time with his grandson, Creighton. His wife Trish works at the Harlan County Senior Center in Alma. He has a daughter Shannon, a son-in-law Jeff Lynch, a grandson Creighton, and a son Dustin. Shannon and Jeff live in Lincoln and Dustin is in Lincoln attending UNL.
